Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Onsite Team days Monday & Tuesday)
At Utilita Business Energy, we're committed to helping our customers use less energy and reduce their carbon footprint. As a Commercial Customer Account Manager, you'll play a key role in facilitating the onboarding and account management of our commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all new business customers are accurately registered on our system.
- Resolve incoming queries in an efficient and effective manner.
- Be a key point of contact for our customers and Business Development Manager's.
- Effectively manage debt due to non-payment from businesses.
- Manage customer complaints to an effective resolution.
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail to identify and amend any errors.
- Excellent communication and admin skills to keep the sales team and customers happy.
- Ability to work from home with occasional commutes to our Colchester office.
