Key Responsibilities:

  • CRO Testing: Implement Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) tests to enhance user engagement and improve key performance metrics.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of front end development trends and technologies, ensuring our solutions remain ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Front End Development Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in delivering complex projects.
  • Expertise in React and JavaScript: In-depth knowledge of server-side rendering, modern frontend tools, and libraries.
  • CRO Testing Experience: Including A/B testing.
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Including mentoring developers, leading technical discussions, and driving best practices.
  • Strong Understanding of Web Standards: Accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually appealing, user-friendly applications.
