Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Internal Auditor - Finance

**Job Summary:** Morson Talent is seeking a highly experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for delivering and conducting internal audits from the Audit Office UK Annual Audit Plan, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement audit workplans and budgets, fieldwork strategies, and identification of findings and internal control weaknesses.
  • Elaborate relevant recommendations, following the Repsol Group Audit guidelines.
  • Support the drafting of clear audit findings and final audit reports.
  • Follow up and track internal audit recommendations.
  • Conduct internal audits in accordance with the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and Code of Ethics.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in auditing, internal auditing, and data analysis.
  • Experience in PowerBI and other data analytic techniques.
  • Relevant experience working within an oil and gas sector operator, service company, or consultancy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's and master's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or other related fields.
  • Internal Auditors (IIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certifications.
