We are seeking experienced Senior Loss Adjusters to join our team at Adjusting Appointments Limited, handling complex and major claims in excess of £100,000. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our clients, ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex and major claims in excess of £100,000, providing expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve claims handling and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in loss adjusting, with a strong background in handling complex and major claims.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills, including a deep understanding of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- A/FCILA qualification or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
