About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Margery Girling House in Felixstowe. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to maintain their dignity and independence, and lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to our customers, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Administer and store medication as required
  • Conduct light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Support customers through temporary or terminal illness, providing emotional and practical care
  • Assist with eating and drinking, and provide support with social, physical activities, and mental stimulation
