Job Title: English Lead

The Travel Division Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Lead to join our team. As an English Lead, you will be responsible for leading our team of travel sales professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our English-speaking team in providing top-notch travel experiences to our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and its trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of travel sales professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of travel experiences.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
