Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Programme Management Specialist to join our team at Mayford James. As a key member of our Programme Management team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining key programme management documentation, coordinating programme logs and delivery plans, and providing administrative support to workstream project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key programme management documentation, including programme logs and delivery plans.
  • Coordinate programme documentation between workstream project managers and the Programme Manager.
  • Produce programme management information (MI) for stakeholders, including customised progress dashboards.
  • Provide administrative support to workstream project managers, including tracking workstream delivery and progress against the programme delivery plan and milestones.
  • Support the logistics for change requests, new resource requests, and other programme-related activities.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior asset management experience.
  • Experience working within a transformation programme.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
