About the Role
You will be responsible for managing technical activities across the broking/placement process, working closely with our broking teams to deliver complex, global insurance contracts. Your expertise will be essential in producing policy documents, engaging with offshore partners, and providing technical placement advice to our brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with broking teams to manage key technical activities across the broking/placement process.
- Use technical systems to produce policy documents and engage with offshore partners.
- Provide SME technical placement advice to brokers as required.
- Liaise with underwriters to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Share best practices and present ideas on process improvements.
- Monitor the risk life cycle and workflow to ensure policies are on track with performance targets.
- Collaborate with Client Service Delivery colleagues to meet divisional targets.
