LEAD SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER (GCP)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and sustain scalable and secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Oversee and enhance Kubernetes clusters and Linux systems to ensure high availability and optimal resource use.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Ansible and Terraform; manage CI/CD pipelines with Github and Bitbucket.
- Monitor and improve the performance of web servers (Apache, Nginx) while establishing robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
- Collaborate with development teams for PHP application deployment, troubleshoot intricate issues, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Significant experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Proficient in infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly Ansible and Terraform.
- Strong background in web server management, especially with Apache and Nginx.
- Experience in PHP application deployment and management.

Desirable Attributes:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance is beneficial.
- Background in software engineering is a plus but not essential.
