About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Producer to join our Marketing Operations team at ASOS. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing creative production and project delivery processes from briefing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project processes for assigned projects, including project management, production, and creative output.
  • Work with Senior IPs and Integrated Production Lead to understand and align on project strategy, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and meet/exceed KPIs.
  • Manage and liaise with project teams across the Marketing department to ensure all stakeholders are aware of key deadlines and projects are delivered to spec on time.
  • Facilitate and manage creative production and delivery of creative assets across assigned projects.

Budget and Process

  • Be financially and commercially minded, constantly looking for cost-effective approaches and making sound commercial decisions.
  • Detailed budgeting and tracking for all productions, negotiating with freelancers and partners to get the best rates and ensuring efficiency is always at the core of your approach.
  • Implement processes that keep projects and workstreams functioning and moving in an efficient and effective way.

Continuous Improvement

  • Manage post-project retros and ensure all learnings are turned into actions that are fed back into the processes of the department.
  • Knowledge of latest technologies, techniques, and creative partners to ensure the most effective means of production and reduce manual requirements.
  • Strive to increase efficiency through smarter ways of working.

  • An excellent communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a diplomatic nature.
  • Financially and commercially minded with a focus on cost-effective approaches.
  • Detail-driven with the ability to spot inefficiencies and implement new or improved processes.
  • Strong problem management skills with the ability to navigate and respond quickly to challenges.
  • A calm and positive temperament with a comfortable approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity, with a dedication and ambition for the ASOS brand.
