Job Overview

JCR Talent is delighted to be partnering with a leading Retail Investments firm as they seek a seasoned Compliance Manager to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert guidance to the business to develop innovative investing products that cater to customers' diverse needs and goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance oversight of investing products and processes through regular monitoring and reviews to guarantee seamless operations and excellent customer outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor investment products and services, providing actionable feedback to enhance their effectiveness.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in overseeing retail investment products, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks, particularly for investment products, and a solid grasp of MiFID and CASS.
