Job Title: Regulatory Specialist and Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate the safety of our products for consumer use
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all markets where our products are sold
  • Develop and maintain Product Information Files and safety data sheets
  • Work with third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance to Marketing and product R&D colleagues on regulatory aspects of innovation projects
  • Support handling technical aspects of regulatory issues raised by customers, consumers, or regulatory authorities
  • Monitor and anticipate PR issues, consumer concerns, and environmental impacts to minimize business risk
  • Approve pack copy and advertising claims from a regulatory compliance perspective
  • Track material volumes and compliance to REACH regulations
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an FMCG environment with expertise in regulatory requirements, preferably in personal care and/or OTC industry
  • Ability to assess regulatory risks and opportunities and their impact on the existing and innovation portfolio
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple fast-track projects in a collaborative team environment
