EMBS Engineering is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Operator to become part of a reputable precision engineering firm. This role is permanent and offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment.


As our client serves various high-profile sectors, it is essential that all applicants are residents of the UK, and successful candidates will undergo DBS checks. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for international applicants.

Our client specializes in manufacturing small to medium-sized intricate precision components for a diverse range of leading companies. Due to significant growth, we are looking for a CNC Machinist/Operator to enhance their talented team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Operating CNC machinery with opportunities to learn setup processes
  • Utilizing various CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning equipment
  • Engaging with challenging and complex components

Successful Candidates Must Demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience
  • Proficiency in operating CNC Machines (CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning)
  • Familiarity with Siemens and/or Mazatrol control systems
  • At least 2 years of experience in precision machining for industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, MOD, Oil & Gas, etc.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
