Salary: Up to £65 per hour
About the Role:
IO Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager Buildings to join our team. As a prominent force in Defence, Nuclear, Marine industries, we deliver bespoke solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Verification: You will be responsible for owning the verification of consultants' design documentation, ensuring that it meets the required standards and specifications.
- Project Management: You will manage the design through RIBA stages 2-4, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Supply Chain Management: You will translate supply chain reporting into usable data to inform planning, monitoring, and control of work packages.
- Cost and Budget Management: You will provide input to cost and budget monitoring, ensuring that the project is financially viable and that any cost overruns are identified and addressed promptly.
Requirements:
- Security Clearance: You must have an active Security Clearance (SC).
- Project Management Experience: You must have experience of working within a project environment managing design packages.
- APM Qualification: You must have an APM project management qualification (or equivalent).
- NEC4 Accreditation: NEC4 Accredited Project Manager is desirable.
- Nuclear Environment Experience: You must have experience working in a Nuclear environment and complex document management systems.
- Complex Building Design: You must have experience managing the design of highly complex multifunctional buildings.
