Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead and motivate a team in our welcoming Cooplands bakery. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery during the Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations
  • Contribute to food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

We are looking for a Team Leader with team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail, who is ready to step into a managerial role. You should be available to work between 6.00am and 18.00pm, although we can be flexible and accommodate your availability.
