Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
