About the RoleThis role will involve planning, coordinating, mentoring, and supporting apprentices in the Early Years Education sector from level 2 to level 5 and the Teaching Assistant role. You will work with apprentices to identify gaps and develop individualized training plans, conduct skills reviews, and deliver high-quality training. You will also be responsible for assessing skills and behaviors, providing feedback, and maintaining candidate records.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment: Conduct skills reviews, develop and implement individualized training plans, maintain candidate records, and assess skills and behaviors.
- Training: Deliver workplace training, create tailored action plans, and provide tutorial support on various topics.
- Coordination and Support: Monitor candidate progress, provide apprenticeship program information, and collaborate with line managers.
- Administration: Complete documentation, maintain records, and ensure timely student achievement.
- Hold a qualification or have experience in the subject area.
- Have up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications.
- Have experience of working with employers in a training or customer relations role.
- Able to develop strong professional relationships with employers and learners.
- Have strong IT skills and be willing to work with e-portfolio's.
- Can motivate learners and ensure they complete on time.
- Hold a full driving licence, have own vehicle, and be willing to travel to customer sites.
- Hold an assessor qualification.
- Hold a relevant degree.
- Hold an IV/IQA qualification.
- Experience of working in Further Education or a similar environment.
- Early Years Advanced Practitioner or Management experience.
- 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays.
