Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive/Manager to spearhead the development of our marketing and branding department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's mission statement.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development and Management:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our company's mission statement and integrate it into all branding efforts.
  • Create a consistent brand identity across all social media platforms and marketing materials.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Produce and oversee the creation of engaging, creative content tailored to our target audience, including social media posts, marketing collateral, newsletters, and client communications.
  • Develop engaging videos for social media platforms.

System and Process Implementation:

  • Design and implement efficient systems and processes for the marketing and branding department, ensuring seamless operations and consistent brand messaging.

Rebranding Projects:

  • Oversee the rebranding of existing documents and marketing materials to ensure they are aligned with our updated brand strategy.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all marketing channels to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Adjust plans as necessary to meet business objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals.
  • Act as the brand ambassador within and outside the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills.
