About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of specialist mental health services, and we're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Brunel in Bristol.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of service users, providing high-quality care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their mental health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding nursing care and support to service users, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring that service users receive the best possible care and support.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring that service users receive the best possible care and support.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure that service users are receiving the best possible care and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A current Pin Number and registration with the NMC
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting
