The selected candidate will report directly to a Contract Manager and will be tasked with driving site operations and managing subcontractors, presenting an excellent opportunity for career advancement.
Project Details: This initiative involves a £4 million renovation of an 8-storey residential building. Responsibilities include the removal and replacement of the Zinc cladding on an occupied structure, with the Site Supervisor serving as the primary on-site manager responsible for health and safety compliance, site documentation, and subcontractor management.
