Are you passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals? Do you have a knack for creating engaging and motivating workout experiences? We're seeking a talented Studio Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure, a not-for-profit leisure trust dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing in our local communities.

As a Studio Instructor, you'll be responsible for leading Body Pump and Indoor Cycling classes, ensuring a fun and safe environment for participants. You'll work closely with our fitness team to develop and deliver a successful class program, and contribute to the overall success of our leisure centres.

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. If you're a team player with a passion for fitness and a desire to make a real difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Body Pump and Indoor Cycling classes, ensuring a high-quality and engaging experience for participants
  • Work collaboratively with the fitness team to develop and deliver a successful class program
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to participant needs and concerns
  • Contribute to the overall success of our leisure centres, promoting a positive and inclusive environment

Requirements:

  • Nationally recognised group exercise qualification (Body Pump/Indoor Cycling)
  • Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
  • Experience working in a leisure-related environment involving customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
