Audit Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team in York. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of audit clients, preparing accounts and corporation tax computations/returns for limited companies.
  • Oversee your team's portfolios and contribute to workflow planning.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and provide guidance on regulatory matters such as tax and VAT regulations, UK law, and good governance principles.
  • Support local partners with ad-hoc duties as necessary.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP.
  • ACA/ACCA/CA qualification.
  • Experience auditing clients across various industries.
  • Previous Accountancy Practice experience as an Audit Manager.
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior members.
  • Desire to progress within the firm, innovate, and contribute to growth.
