Job Summary

Deerfoot I.T. Resources is seeking a highly skilled AV Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement storage solutions to ensure high availability and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN and WAN configurations.
  • Implement and manage central servers, backups, and security measures.
  • Provide excellent hardware and application support to our clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • CompTIA Network+ and Microsoft AZ-800 and AZ-801 certifications.
  • Experience with Microsoft: Windows Server 2022, Entra, Hybrid Azure AD, Intune, SCCM, and M365.
  • Knowledge of Mitel VoIP phone systems.
