About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at Spicerhaart in Torquay. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
What We Offer
- On-target earnings of £25,000 in your first year

- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your Journey
Your journey as a Trainee Estate Agent will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions, day-to-day learning led by our industry experts, and a fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training.
