Executive Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Head Chef to lead our culinary team at a prestigious resort in Aviemore. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal produce
  • Lead a team of chefs to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional service
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff management
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and revenue
