We manage three major locality hospitals at North Tyneside, Wansbeck, and Hexham, plus a number of smaller community hospitals and clinics from Tynemouth to Berwick on Tweed, covering one of the largest geographical areas of any NHS trust in the country. Requirements:
  1. Education: Degree level or equivalent plus additional specialist knowledge acquired through postgraduate diploma level or equivalent relevant experience.
  2. QA Knowledge: Good level of knowledge around all aspects of QA testing and an understanding of the wider software development lifecycle, underpinned by theory and professional experience.
  3. Previous Experience: Previous experience in a QA role.
  4. Leadership Skills: To lead, inspire and motivate others to high performance by agreeing clear goals and objectives, providing support and guidance, and creating opportunities for development.
