**Job Summary**
HR GO Recruitment is seeking a skilled and reliable Manufacturing Production Assistant to join our client's team in Castle Cary. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the factory floor.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manually stacking products onto a pallet (boxes/bundles)
- Performing general housekeeping tasks, including sweeping floors and cleaning equipment
- Cleaning the production lines during changeovers
- Assisting operators with daily tasks, such as bringing pallets of packaging to the line and taking it away
- Supporting operators during breakdowns, which may involve cleaning, ripping, and tipping product
- Contributing to sanitation efforts
**Requirements:**
- No prior experience is necessary
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Part of a friendly and supportive team
