{"h1": "Motion Graphics Designer Role", "p": "We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our Design team at London & Partners. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating, animating, and editing motion graphics for our business.

Your primary focus will be on working with our marketing, major events, and brand teams to plan and execute motion graphics projects each week. You will ensure that these projects align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, scope, and undertake motion graphics projects based on priorities discussed with the teams and Design Lead.
* Ensure all animations and graphics adhere to brand guidelines and best practices.
* Manage software and equipment requirements, including relevant graphic design and animation tools.
* Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualise and create engaging motion graphics for various media channels.
* Edit and refine animations in post-production, ensuring the final graphics are of high quality, meet the brief, and are optimised for web use.
* Ensure final assets are provided to Google Drive for storage and future use.

Requirements:

* Relevant experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in motion graphics software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Extensive knowledge of animation principles, video editing, and graphic design.
* Organisation and preparation to ensure projects go smoothly.
* Committed to continuous learning and implementation of new animation techniques and software.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders politely and professionally.
* Experience working in an agile marketing environment and as part of project teams.
* Creative eye and attention to detail.
* To be flexible and open to change.
* Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Contract Details:

* Duration: 3 months – 2/3 days a week
* Working hours: Flexible working hours 9-5:30pm
* Equipment is not provided. It is a requirement that you have your own editing software and equipment.
