Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join our team at THE RECRUITMENT FIX LIMITED. As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for designing and manufacturing precision tooling, including press tools, jigs & fixtures, weld tools, laser trim, and zero-point systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manufacture tooling using CAD & CAM software (Catia, Fusion 360 & Mastercam)
  • Operate manual milling & turning machines
  • Program and operate CNC milling machines (Hurco)
  • Perform wire & spark erosion operations
  • Conduct surface & cylindrical grinding operations
  • Inspect tools using manual & CMM methods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in toolmaking
  • Proficiency in CNC (Hurco) programming and CAM software
  • Manual milling and turning experience
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies
