About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at The Calico Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders, ensuring that our operations are well-informed and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management accounts, balance sheets, and statutory accounts.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Improve and implement financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Financial Controls: Ensure that adequate financial controls are in place to mitigate risk and protect the organization's assets.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality financial services and support.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial management, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of finance professionals.
