Commercial Assistant / Contracts Administrator

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant / Contracts Administrator to join their team in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the running of fast-paced projects in the Civil Engineering and Construction sector, including bespoke domestic projects and agricultural groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of commercial projects, including contracts and tenders
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry and document management
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
