Key Responsibilities:
In your capacity as Financial Planning Manager, you will leverage your expertise in Brixx modeling to create scenarios that will refine and sustain our 30-year business strategy, enabling informed decision-making regarding our financial stability and growth prospects. Essential duties include:
- Managing treasury operations and cash flow forecasting.
- Supporting liquidity strategies by providing precise and timely cash flow data.
- Delivering sector-specific insights and market analysis.
- Utilizing your understanding of the business landscape to evaluate risks and opportunities.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A full accounting qualification.
- Experience with Housing Brixx software.
- Background in treasury management.
- Knowledge of cash flow management.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet modeling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A positive mindset and dedication to exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be based in our office, with a flexible working arrangement that includes remote work options to meet customer needs. Regular attendance for team meetings is encouraged to foster a collaborative culture.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is competitive, with a starting point of £61,253 per annum for candidates who meet all qualifications. Those who do not meet every requirement may start at a reduced salary.
