Berners Tavern at The London EDITION is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to become a part of our culinary team.

Under the leadership of renowned Michelin-starred Chef Jason Atherton, Berners Tavern is celebrated as one of London's premier dining establishments. As our new Line Cook, you will be welcomed into a vibrant and innovative kitchen environment. Our menu evolves monthly, providing you with continuous opportunities to learn and master new recipes that reflect the seasons. Our chefs also engage with suppliers across the country for hands-on training experiences.

What we expect from our Line Cook:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a fine dining context at award-winning restaurants or luxury hotels.
• A consistent employment history.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• A passion for cooking, strong organizational skills, and punctuality.

Our commitment to your development as a Line Cook:

• You will work under the mentorship of our Executive Chef, who began their journey as a Line Cook at Berners Tavern.
• You will have the chance to rotate through various sections of the kitchen.
• You will acquire the skills necessary to learn a new monthly menu that meets Rosette standards.
• You will participate in both internal and external training programs to enhance your culinary skills and advance your career.
