Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to support our manager in ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Attend site visits with the project manager to ensure project progress and identify potential issues.
  2. Prepare and submit quotes and handle paperwork to facilitate project operations.
  3. Support the manager with day-to-day operations, including completing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
  4. Pick up and drop off materials as required to maintain efficient site operations.
  5. Organize and sort materials to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  1. A background in air conditioning engineering or duct fitting is highly advantageous but not essential.
  2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines.
  4. Full UK driving licence to facilitate site visits and material transportation.
