Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive fragrance sales by actively engaging with customers, offering personalized recommendations, and demonstrating product knowledge.
  • Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising: Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends, brands, and product knowledge, and train and educate team members on product features, benefits, and application techniques.

Requirements
