We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Activities Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that cater to every interest and ability
- Get to know our residents and their families to create tailored activities programs focused on maximizing their wellbeing, independence, and social engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of activities and programs
- Manage and maintain a safe and accessible environment for activities and events
- Drive a minibus as required
About You

As an Activities Coordinator, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, a driven mindset, and the ability to inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities.
Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of minibus driving and safety procedures
