We are seeking an experienced Laser Setter/Operator to join our team at SolviT Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for operating laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate laser cutting equipment to produce components to precise specifications
  • Conduct regular maintenance and quality control checks on equipment
  • Collaborate with production team to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in laser setting and operation
  • Strong understanding of laser cutting principles and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £15.50 + OT (x1.5)
  • Full-time, temporary to permanent contract
