Important Note: This position involves a variety of tasks beyond operating a forklift. It includes physically demanding work in a yard environment.

We are seeking a dedicated Yard Forklift Truck Operator to join a thriving manufacturing organization in the Rugby area. This role is distinct as it combines yard duties with forklift operation, requiring a hands-on approach to loading and managing metallic shipments.

In this position, you will be engaged in outdoor work, handling various materials, operating machinery, and ensuring efficient loading of orders onto transport vehicles. The role also includes lifting, pushing, pulling, and potentially operating bending machinery.

This position offers a blend of yard responsibilities alongside forklift operation, with opportunities for crane operation training in the future.

What We Offer:

  • Standard pay of £11.80 per hour, with overtime compensated at £17.70.
