Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team at the Lobster Smack in Canvey Island. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, food hygiene, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

We're passionate about great British food and serve a traditional pub and dining menu with a premium twist. Our rich heritage of cask ales and newer craft beers, and extensive gin selection and wine range make us one of Canvey's best loved local pubs.
