Packing Operative Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Packing Operative to join our team at Taskmaster Resources. As a Packing Operative, you will be responsible for cutting and packing products ready for despatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut and pack products to meet production targets
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Meet or exceed packing targets set by management
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a packing or production role
  • Ability to work at a fast pace with attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move products as required

Working Conditions:

  • Light work, but can be dusty at times
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid break

Pay and Benefits:

  • £11.44 per hour
