About the Role:

We are seeking a committed professional to enhance our visual merchandising efforts within our esteemed fashion organization. As a key representative of our brand, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and excellence of our retail displays across your designated locations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager to create effective merchandising tools and processes, develop seasonal visual guidelines, and deliver training on visual presentation.
  • Conduct visits to retail locations to ensure product displays align with brand expectations.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Area Managers and store personnel.
  • Exemplify the values of the visual merchandising department in-store, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Collaborate with store management to strategically highlight key merchandise.
  • Oversee the documentation and management of display props within your assigned area.
  • Share insights and best practices with team members.
  • Facilitate visual merchandising training workshops for store staff.
  • Uphold luxury retail standards by monitoring store upkeep and presentation.
  • Analyze competitor displays to gather insights and share observations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in visual merchandising within a luxury retail environment
  • Open to travel as required
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
