Paediatric Nurse Opportunity with Thornbury Community Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Paediatric Nurse with our organisation, you will have the opportunity to work with children who require complex care and support, enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve their personal goals.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a nurse with experience in tracheostomy care and suction, as well as care and use of gastrostomy. You will be working with a 4-year-old girl who has Cornelia De Lange syndrome, ASD, and bilateral profound sensorineural hearing loss. She communicates via facial expressions, and we are looking for a nurse who is passionate, resilient, and highly skilled to provide her with the care and support she needs.

Requirements

We are looking for a Paediatric Nurse with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the last 2 years. You will need to be highly skilled in tracheostomy care and suction, as well as care and use of gastrostomy. You will also need to be passionate, resilient, and highly skilled to provide the care and support our clients need.
