**Job Summary**
As a Waking Night Houseparent with Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership, you will play a vital role in supporting the Assistant Officer in Charge in providing person-centered care to young people in residence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Assistant Officer in Charge to create a safe, caring, and nurturing environment that enables young people to thrive socially, emotionally, physically, and educationally.
- Provide responsive support to young people, helping them to achieve their full potential and reach their goals.
- Work closely with the team to ensure the quality of care and support is maintained at all times.
- Participate in flexible working arrangements to achieve a positive work-life balance.
