Position Overview
Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a dedicated Transport and Maintenance Operative to enhance our Repairs team. In this role, you will be tasked with providing essential driving and laboring services for our Repairs division as instructed.
Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of activities, including the delivery of materials, waste removal, and supporting trade professionals with daily repair assignments as needed. Furthermore, the successful applicant will participate in the on-call emergency service outside of regular hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possesses a valid driving license.
- Has a solid understanding of health and safety regulations pertinent to the construction sector.
- Demonstrates relevant experience in the construction field.
