Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client, a leading Engineering & Construction business, on their South West Water framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and successful delivery of single complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for the management and successful delivery of single complex projects
  • Management of all H&S, Design, Customer Relations, Cost & Value of ECI phase
  • Monitor the progress of offsite and onsite operations against deadlines and budget limitations
Requirements:
  • An excellent team leader with great people management skills
  • Experience in a major project's environment. Working with a Tier 1 contractor on similar Water projects would be highly advantageous
  • Able to lead and inspire a diverse team
  • Contract administration experience desirable
  • Programme focused with an ability to plan and organise resources to deliver on time and in full
  • Minimum of HNC qualified, ideally in Civils / Construction but can be flexible on subjects
  • IT literacy essential
  • Professional qualification is desirable
  • SMSTS safety qualification and relevant CSCS card is desirable
