About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Podiatrist to join our team at Practice Plus Group, working in a challenging yet rewarding environment within the prison healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with complex and chronic foot and ankle conditions.
  • Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including diabetic patients, wound management, MSK pathologies, and nail surgery.
  • Work autonomously as a practitioner, maintaining accurate records and determining clinical diagnosis and treatment.
  • Forge strong working relationships with the healthcare team and the wider Health in Justice Service.
  • Promote best practice, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of reflection and shared learning.
Person Specification
  • HCPC registered with post-registration experience assessing and treating a range of conditions.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills.
