About the Role

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the design and manufacturing organization, you will play a crucial role in the development of various products for the commercial market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lead Mechanical Design Engineer in the mechanical design and development of products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design governance and adherence to Design Lifecycle processes
  • Utilize CAD/SolidWorks design software and Finite Element Analysis to create and optimize product designs
  • Conduct product and system testing and evaluation to ensure quality and performance
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within the engineering and design team
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering and design role
  • Strong understanding of engineering and design governance principles
  • Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks design software and Finite Element Analysis
  • Experience with product and system testing and evaluation
  • HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
