Simply Education is delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional Education Assistant to join a wonderful, Ofsted Outstanding Special Needs School in Winsford.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the class teacher to deliver bespoke learning sessions tailored to the individual needs of a small group of pupils.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, building trust, self-confidence, and self-esteem.
  • Support pupils in their day-to-day learning, helping them to overcome challenges and succeed to the best of their ability.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, happy, and nurturing learning environment.
About You:
  • Prior experience working with children is essential.
  • Experience working with special needs children is desirable but not essential – full training and support will be provided.
  • A positive, patient, and empathetic approach with the ability to build rapport with students.
  • A commitment to working full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • A level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare
