Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities and schedules of rates.
  • Conduct site inspections and measurements to ensure accurate cost estimates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential cost risks.
  • Prepare and present detailed cost reports and analyses to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree (RICS approved, 2:1 minimum)
  • Well-organized, diligent, and proactive
  • A full driving license
  • Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, NBS and other software)
  • A team player

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years previous experience working for another Consultancy or client-side organization
  • A year's placement as part of a sandwich course within your Degree
