Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Raw Materials Market Analyst Lead to join our team at INEOS. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing robust raw materials management processes to ensure cross-functional collaboration and accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Investigating ways to automate raw materials management and embed artificial intelligence to continuously improve processes.
  • Prospecting and forging progressive partnerships with the Procurement team and external partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years' experience in a similar industry, such as aerospace, heavy agricultural machinery, or commodity brokers.
  • Significant experience in tracking raw materials and/or forecasting trends.
  • Proven track record in interpreting data, extracting key information, and ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify solutions to emerging problems.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to management and other departments.
  • Ability to demonstrate experiences in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
  • International travel as required by the dynamics of the role.
  • English language is mandatory, and German would be beneficial but not essential.
